i say usps is not delivering when you send a check to a wrong address. macedonia and serbia are two different countries. it was the final time to update your country list. if you accepted his account, why didn't you change the postal address there?
four checks were not delivered. a webmaster asked for his payout. now when it comes up to alternative payment solutions, epassporte is the natural choice.
how come epass payment is now "potential fraud"?
please, oh please, avoid the bad attention you are getting and pay this guy his money, make a thread about it, say you apologize for the mistake, terminate or unban his account, post some good stats and get new webmasters promoting you!

Hard to believe anyone still promotes them after the Zango ordeal. SS was stealing traffic from affiliates by using them. Still you see people say top notch company... blah blah blah. The writing was on the wall regarding SS and people still promote them, then come to the boards and say I didn't get paid. Doesn't surprise me one bit. Good Luck with getting your money but I wouldn't hold my breathe if I was you.

Empty gave invalid address details when he signed up, which resulted in 4 checks being sent but not getting to him, then he requested epass payout, which raised flags on investigating his account in case of fraud... Think about it... Who signs up for a program knowing they are gonna be making money with them, and puts INCORRECT address info in the account? Someone who wants a quick payout before fraud is detected.
Not NYRanger, or Marina's fault for protecting their business because someone came to GFY and said they never got paid.
So many people here are quick to jump sponsors asses because xyz said they sent x sales and never got paid and their account was banned, also saying they are legit... How many scammers are present on this board and everyone instantly jumps a sponsor for wanting to make sure the shit isn't a scam before paying out a thousand dollars to someone.Comment

Not that they pay people that do bad things but back when I was doing Myspace I made a lot of money with them, soon as Mspace shut the shit down that was it, no more fun and games. SS always paid though and Marina is NOTHING BUT professional.

Although I understand you are quite busy right now, cleverly sidestepping the main issue and quickly typing up circular responses to avoid the main issue in a manner that a politician would but for those of us less that are less astute, can you break it down in just a simple answer:
Is the man going to get paid his money, yes or no?
I know slick talkers like you might hate to be forced to just give a simple and straightforward answer, but perhaps you could make an exception for us. I also understand the need to resport to ad hominem attacks and questioning the 'anonymous' posters; for that you must forgive us. You see, not all of us webmasters frequent trade shows and events to have drinks with the bros, therefore, we may seem 'anonymous' to you but it makes us no less of webmasters.
Also, we must apologize that we didn't appreciate the spectacular public relations display
by your colleague, Marina. To ridicule someone and call them a 'crybaby' that is asking for THEIR money owed to THEM is quite fascinating, considing you forced him to ask repeatedly by ignoring his requests. We all could only wish to have such business acumen.
Lastly, while I have you here Sir, I was hoping you could set the record straight on Sexsearch's position on advertising with Zango. There were probably over a dozen threads in the past with people wondering the same question, if there is any truth to this. However, it seemed that the sexsearch reps were too busy giving shout outs to the bros and being top notch guys, they may have missed these threads.
So again, could you please provide us a simple answer to this; does Sexsearch use Zango to advertise it's sites and if so, does it endorse the inherent, dare I say THEFT, of affiliate sales by the Zango driven marketing.

I got news for you, i don't do illegal stuff, don't even trade traffic (not saying it's bad thing) all my sites are listed high in SE, why ? Don't do blackhat, don't spam shit, i test a lot, read, learn and adept. I'm not singling you out at all. I'm simply saying that there are a lot more posts about a lot more large companies having non-payments, missed payments, and accounts being banned. There are a lot of companies hurting right now and people need to be careful who they are dealing with.
And if it was another company, I probably wouldn't have judged. But you guys take traffic from just about anyone. I've seen the sites where your ads are on and lets agree there is very little a site can do to have you guys ban their account. Then factor in that a lot of people have done business with and know that this guy is a legit webmaster with legit traffic and the whole thing looks real fishy.Comment

If you sent him 4 checks then you confirm the traffic sent to earn that money was good, and he was owed the money. He switched his account to epass, so logic would say the money should be sent to his epass. I don't see where the issues comes into play, once you issued the check to him you confirmed the joins he sent were legit. So he is owed that money. If his account NOW is doing something you may not approve of, that is a different story, but he is still owed for the money you already tried to pay him...

from how i take what i read the webmaster in question submitted a fake name/addy so the checks came back. If i was a program owner I think i may have question the transactions at that point at well. But then again if he was trying to scam you why not request epass payment to start with with the fake addy

hm, maybe these checks were sent to a wrong address (or even to Yougoslavia instead of Serbia LOL but this seems quite unlikely)
or he gave them a wrong address, name etc - though no really point in doing it, when expecting check payments
or... the checks got lost or stolen by local post office, as it might happen in the *slightly* less developed countries
even if this situation *might* have been handled poorly on SS side, you need to put things into perspective, and ask yourself, how many other threads of SexSearch not paying someone did you see recently? i didn't really see any, even though hundreds of webmasters promote them..I don't use ICQ anymore.Comment

They have contacted me to promote them, it means that they have seen my sites and cause of that they have asked me to promote them, the mail came to my [email protected] email address... as many programs ask me to promote them i put few links but nothing serious, got one sale, i thought that payout is at 100$ as with most programs so didn't care about that, also when i register at program and there is no SERBIA as option i put GREECE, or MACEDONIA and checks arrive just fine... the city postal code street and number are just correct, so i decided to change sponsors, and started promoting sexsearch, i got few more sales, and than the "first check" didn't arrive, i asked them to change my payment to epassporte, and continue to send traffic and sales came in etc, but week after week after week i didn't get payed to my epassporte, also asked them to stop those checks, so every time i contacted them the answer was: we will contact you next week, in two weeks, the person that is handling that is out of town etc.. i am sure many persons have asked for epassporte payment and got payed, but i don't really see any problem, have sent traffic and sales regularly and yet nothing happened with my account, till one day i woke up and sow that my account was banned and i didn't get any notice about that.Comment

a) someone from a country that's not allowed to join sexsearch joins, sends traffic
b) checks are bouncing as the info submitted was incorrect
c) asking for epassporte payment
d) ssearch decides to check as four checks got bounced, account gets frozen / banned
e) it takes a bit (no question about this) and no conclusion for the one that has the commissions to be cashed
f) the one that's supposedly owed the money comes to GFY with a drama thread
g) ssearch comes to state their points
h) everyone jumps the bandwagon and tries to slam s search

Its not so much the situation with payment as much as its the arrogant and unprofessional way in which this was responded to. The attitude I see is basically "we don't care, you can't do anything so deal with it". Sponsors with that attitude usually turn out to be trouble.IW
