Economy is bad and a lot of companies are hurting (despite what they say on the forums). Lot of big name sponsors are getting real sketchy with their payouts. This should be a lesson to people that even big names are not always paying.Comment

1) I never saw any emails and I do not think he sent any emails, but I could be incorrect. I do know he was speaking to his rep on ICQ so no emails were necessary. If he did send any emails he can let me know where and when they were sent and I will see why they were not responded to.
2) I banned the account. His account was not banned when he contacted someone. I banned the account last week because I did not want any traffic/signups coming in to the account while it was being investigated. It should have been banned far earlier. And despite how much you might want to think traffic and sales were coming in I'd be more than willing to post the stats. But ask Ivan to post his stats for the time period so it will be more believable to you.
3) Being called a cry baby might have been misconstrued. Either way, the response was inappropriate and I take responsibility for it and I apologize for the company.
4) You personally annoy me. You have some kind of vendetta against us. Which is all fine and good. You like to get your barbs in here and there when you can jump on the bandwagon. Keep it up. I don't mind. But I'd love to know who you are and what your beef is one on one. If of course you'd be willing. I'm easy to reach. I've never liked companies who use in my book unethical business tactics. We all know about your use of Zango in the past, and how Marina would talk trash on those who questioned it was also very annoying. If you use something like that step up admit it and that's that.
I also dislike seeing sexsearch ads on every tube, or torrent or other unethical site to our business. I have no problem speaking to you on icq, phone or whatever else, name the time and place

But just remember this, we are a business. We don't complain about other types of social networks giving away access for free or other companies business practices. Where are we on every tube, torrent and unethical site? I actually take offense to this. If you see us advertised somewhere and it bothers you then let me know. If it's a place we shouldn't be advertised on then it will be removed. But it's our call. And grant it, it could be us, an affiliate or an ad network purchasing the spot. His account was originally approved upon sign up because the information that was submitted was bogus. (I think there is a more appropriate word but at this moment I can't think of it) There were 4 checks sent to the address that was submitted on the webmaster sign up form. This all became an issue when Ivan complained that he did not receive any payments. When ePassporte payments were suggested as a replacement it immediately triggered potential fraud. You can understand why.
So to answer your question, the reason it was accepted was because when the account was created it was not under a questionable location.Understand the business before you open your mouth.Comment
