Bush had to deal with the internet crash and 911.
He did nothing to retaliate for numerous terroist attacks. He cut a sweetheart deal with korea. Basically, if he would have did something, anything, besides just sitting back and riding a phantom economy, alot of these problems wouldnt be problems.
