The program has suffered four fatalities: one on Soyuz 1 in April 1967, and the other three on Soyuz 11 in June 1971.

But I just want to show that the US rockets have no rescue systems, while Russian ones have them and they work just perfectly since 60's. Dildo, we have lost 4 cosmonauts in two landing incidents (a parachute failure and a degermetization of capsule) in 70s. No one of them was killed by Russian rockets.
