are you in any way familiar with metaphysics? we both know everything we think is in our heads. correct. you have also read, I'm sure about the powers of positive thinking and mindfulness, correct?

the human mind will believe anything told to the mind in repetition, truth, lies, no matter. this is pretty consistent with scientific beliefs on the subject.

I have chosen to reshape my world view by directly changing the concepts that govern my reality. you may view that as positive thinking. correct?

my world view: god only gives love and positive experience, all negativity resides solely in humanity. visualize that and think about it. it's pretty simple, 2 moving parts.

I accept this word view with every fiber of my being. but thing is Richard my world view has no answers, like religion. in plain language I have no idea why we are here and who made us. not my concern. don't even really care.

this world view of a positive god and a negative humanity creates tools for me to use spiritually, cleaning up old indignities and perfect for living on a day to day basis.

think clearly about anxiety, it's fear of something that has not happened. anyway you cut it, anxiety is fear from the future… well fuck that lol!!

there is no way in hell for future fear to be real. so what is the energy and tension? lets pull tension off the table, controlled tension is preparation to action, not always a negative.

we as humanity for the most part have chosen to label this 'burst of internal energy' as anxiety, but I have just shown you anxiety can't exist...

first thing is mindfulness, isn't this just pulling your mind back into your body, experiencing the moment? I have little knowledge of mindfulness however this seems to me what is going from what I do read about mindfulness.

simply put, I center myself with mindfulness?, (pull myself from the future, where the fear is, put myself exactly in the present, where god lives BTW) write positive action affirmations, repeating them until the energy is dispersed.

this serves 2 functions in your life, 1. keeps your focus positive and on god and 2. allows you to put positive action affirmation into areas of your life that have been pointed out to you by god.

had you indulged in fear from the future you would have done the opposite, turned from god and put negative energy into your life processes.

what I really want is a document created like the manga carta, the constitution and the bill of rights. a document guarantying human dignity, while god has granted humans the gift of life, we are able to grant ourselves dignity.

every person on the planet should have clean water, healthy food, access to health care and the opportunity for education. we have the technology right now, not the willingness.
