    Anybody know of a good how to start a paysite tutorial?

    I need something that can give me the basic steps from day one. Also im not buying content.

      tools/promo stuff/trailers
      check for any errors or anything not working properly, etc.
      check again for errors or flaws
      soft launch
      test & check again
      hard launch
      work 24/7 with ambition & love
      press releases/boards/marketing
      work even harder
      test stuff again
      read and keep up with trends, competition and wishes from consumers, affiliates and regulations/laws
      repeat previous steps

                                          Wrote one some time back and posted over on DP. So go check it out. It basically gives you a low risk way to do it on the cheap before you go blowing thousands on shit and not knowing if you are in it for the long haul.

                                          Of course, once you start taking off, you would want to change some things up. I went over that as well to keep more money for yourself, and start building a long term game plan.

                                          Interesting read for those in market. Obviously I can't link to it because of WM forum per rules.
