3 Arrested At Playhouse Adult Theater for Jacking Off
TAMPA - Police arrested three men early this morning at the Playhouse Adult Theater in Drew Park.
All were charged with exposure and lewd and lascivious behavior, both misdemeanor charges.
Arrest reports say the three men were sitting on a front row couch of the theater watching a pornographic movie and masturbating about 1 a.m. today.
Arrested were: Robert Bass, 49, of Port St. Lucie; Michael Storm, 43, [pictured] of Tampa; and Shirley Fetty, 70, of Tampa.
Bass and Storm were released from the Orient Road Jail after posting $750 bonds each, jail records show.

What someone does personally or sexually is none of my business or anyone else's to judge or comment on. If what D did in the theatre was illegal then let the courts decide that, but keep in mind - for those of us who have dealt with the law and courts - they aren't always that fair and honest either.
Regarding the girl - guess what - women lie!! And so do men. She got a fake ID and if it was good enough, then it passed inspection. No one is going to run and call authorities to verify. I am assuming D or his staff did all they could to verify it on sight. If they slipped up or ignored it, then that is just as much their problem as is hers.
Since none of us were there - we can only assume and that is something we can't do since there are always those that will either through hate or attention side with insanity and attack someone without proper knowledge other than the internet. You don't know what transpired at the hotel or how much they either did or did not check into her ID to make sure she wasn't lying.
