Well I don't think that the police should have used so much force as his story goes. But for some reason I don't trust he is telling 100% of the story. Have you ever seen anyone stay clam and resit the law. I think he was probably making a big scene and way less cooperative then he lets on.
I got stopped at the border coming back from Mexico into the US. They for some reason wanted to search my car. I had to pull over they l looked around inside and asked a few more questions from everyone I was with and that was it. I didn't act like I had a dead body in my car, and fight with them. I nobody ever laid a finger on me or threaten too.

No. He deserved to get his ass beat because he wanted to pass through a checkpoint without being checked out. He wouldn't answer any questions and he wouldn't allow them to look in his car. All of that is suspicious behavior. What's the point in having a border patrol checkpoint if they don't have the right to ask questions or search cars of people that are acting suspicious? If he had answered their questions from the start, chances are they would never have wanted to search his car. It wasn't until after he started acting like an asshole, that they decided to show him who really runs the show there.
I can't argue with you retards anymore about this. The border patrol has a job to do. If it were illegal, somebody would have shut them down already. If you don't like it - sorry, that's the way it is.
