Is there a law in California that bans smoking near a place where that smoke would easily travel into a neighbors home through open windows and force them to breathe in the toxic too?

Have you even tried asking them to stand somewhere else and smoke? I assume if they don't smoke in there own home they would be understanding about the smoke coming through your window? If you approach them nicely I am sure a resolution can be reached.ICQ# 419 775 271
