It is hard to answer, there are tons of options considering the length of the coast plus islands. And you didn't say what is considered fast. Maybe to contact people on Airbnb

After the end of september Greece is low season and islands are cheap, most locals also go to the Mainland to work. You can rent in Greece from 250 euro a month, depending where you want to stay and what month and how long you rent
