I have tried several approaches to getting conversions off exoclick. I can't get my cost to a reasonable level. Is everything on there basically accidental and click fraud?

You need to use a good tracker and track almost everything. Referrers/Browsers/Os and every shit before trying to scale it up. Put small amount of moola at first say 25 and test it and scale up once u have a potential campaign.Comment

No they do have quality traffic, but you cant just blindly buy RON traffic and expect it to work right off the bat. You're going to have to spend a good amount before you find the right sources that will be profitable for you.
