FBI agents courted Deripaska in 2009 in a series of secret hotel meetings in Paris; Vienna; Budapest, Hungary, and Washington. Agents persuaded the aluminum industry magnate to underwrite the mission. The Russian billionaire insisted the operation neither involve nor harm his homeland. -The Hill

Collusion in itself is not a crime. The CIA / FBI, State Department, etc, routinely work with foreign governments on various tasks. Nothing wrong with this at all.

However, if a political campaign is directly receiving help from a foreign government.... That is a crime.

In my eyes that's treason.

Except Oleg Deripaska is the Russian in the Dossier... He's the one suing Steele for defamation. Just like Carter Page.. He was a FBI asset.. Not only that, a Mueller asset... They must have been real tight for him to spend $25 million of his own money.. I wonder what he got in return?
