As a fellow Canadian my take is just go to CCbill and pay the fee.
Trusted processor that now accepts Canadian companies for Visa.
No off shore accouts and no "Paymonde solution" of running away with your money.

And the CCBill traffic flow system is so flexible now you can do almost anything with any billing method.

How many of you believe Verotel has handled this situation correctly?

Rather than lose a few bucks for what was clearly their own internal stupidity, they have now ruined their name as a credible payment processor, and have likely lost considerably more revenue in lost webmasters and sales than they could have ever accomplished any other way.

including adding us to their "cascade to URL" feature, allowing you to squeeze every last cent from your international traffic :-)
