yes, it is a bad translation of endearment
it is kinda like "good morning my small one"
it is usually said (as endearment) to boyfriend / girlfriend or even a child, with emphasis on "MY small one" (my boy) - holy fuck it sounds weird in english :D
like: good morning my small one / dobro jutro mali moj
but it can also be said in demeaning way.. like:
"listen mali moj (my small one) you don't know shit "
