So, it's a short drive away but all i can say it is expensive as fuck. But Vienna is among the best cities to live in.

Very disappointed with the Hotel. Give the Grand Hotel Ferdinand a miss.
5 star prices, but not a 5 star hotel. Nothing grand about this place. Although I would employ their web designers, they made a small pokey hotel look amazing !
Had a great Indian meal tonight (https://in-dish.at) as good as anything anywhere.
Overall though Vienna has been a disappointment, but we came here after a week at a fabulous hotel in the mountains near Salzburg - probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
It is v v hot in Vienna, and the heat does not add to city life. Dont come until autumn.
