They allow only really big tubes, meaning you need to have atleast 1 mil visitors daily on a single site.

They are not that good tbh...So it's not a huge loss to you, how many visitors do you have? I got approved on a site that was getting 10k/day, their cpm(.02) was low compared to exoclick(.06)and juicy ads(.07). Its better suited for advertisers
