When will the FTC start going after affiliates?

The reason I am bringing this up is because its impossible to depend
on billing to change. Thats all we have been hearing is how credit
card companies will fix this. So Weg changed there join pages.
Supposedly the banks made everyone do it. But then I am talking on icq
to someone about it and they tell me that Weg simply got another
merchant account and have slowly been working that in with there same
    bro club affiliates.

So here is what I say, why not come after the affiliates that own the
sites????? Trust me, its easy to complain to the ftc. Check out
this site maxporn.com. You can barely see the crosses. Its says its free
forever. Site owners should take responsibility for this. If they
didn't send to this crap, it wouldn't happen.

The FTC often goes after affiliates in mainstream right along with the program. They don't target just the top affiliates either.

FTC involvement with adult has pretty much been limited to spamming. So their target scope has been narrow. If you weren't spamming, then you had nothing to worry about as an affiliate.

Once the FTC gets involved with these billing schemes, affiliates will be taken down also. That is 100% guaranteed, and it's why I carefully avoid these programs.

That's kind of like going after the TV station CBS because they ran an ad for
      a car that sucked.

Big difference between a TV station and commission based affiliates that know exactly what is going on.

The site and credit card page is not related to WEGCash. We have not moved our banking, our long-term banking relationship remains healthy and unchanged.

You need to sue the person who owns the site, not the one who sold them the advertising.

otherwise TV stations, radio stations, google and hundreds of other advertising sources would be responsible for someone else's business which can be changed at any time.

FTC laid some serious pipe in mainstream recently. Just do a search on the recent ACAI BERRY cases.

Yeah I pulled my Acai stuff after the FTC crap started. It needed to be cleaned up though, the rebilling practices of some of those places were way worse than nearly anything I've seen in adult.
                        My stats here.
