    Anyone ever sold content back to a model?

    Anyone ever shot a bunch of content of a model and sold the content back to her before trying to sell it to a third party?

    I had a model who at one time asked that If I had ever contemplating on selling content of her to a third party to offer it to her first.

    I can only imagine some other content girl would scream something about blackmail or some shit.

      I have 2 models that came into the public eye and asked that their content be taken down and I did for a nominal fee. One is pretty famous. Another guy I shot who is a bass player in a band changed his mind the day after the shoot, I charged him for my time and his modeling fee back. He paid and the video never saw the light of day. Never will.

              I had an adult industry lawyer one time told me not to do it. If I recall he said something about extortion or some shit. Look into it.

                      At FreeOnes we get girls weekly writing us asking or demanding to take down the content they were paid to shoot. Our standard reply is to go back to the company that paid you and work something out, perhaps ask to buy it back.

                      Usually we don't hear back from the girls but a few went and managed to buy it back.

                          yeah, we sold the content back to them for the price we'd usually charge if it had been an exclusive set.

                          we also helped them to get in touch with clients in case we shot the content for someone else than us.

                          In case of licensed content it's of course difficult if our client has already passed it along to affiliates for promotion etc but the internet also forgets a lot, sites close etc
