    Judge orders Mueller to put up or shut up

    Mueller's been putting off Flynn's sentencing hearing for many months. They filed another motion on Friday to do so again.. The judge told both parties they either give him a valid reason why he should continue the case by Monday (today) or he was moving forward.. Obviously he didn't like the excuse so he's ordered Flynn to appear before him on July 10th.. He's ending Mueller's game that day..

      The July 10th hearing is about the delayed sentencing, it's not to sentence Flynn.

      "But responding to that filing, U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan late Monday ordered a July 10 hearing over the delays.

      The delay could suggest Flynn is still in the process of cooperating with investigators in the special counsel investigation into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election.

      Over the weekend, Sullivan said the delays have forced the court to change its procedures in a presentence investigation. The judge demanded “reasons why the Court should expend the Probation Office's resources and depart from the Court's usual practice of ordering a presentence report, scheduling a sentencing date, and establishing a sentencing briefing schedule at the same time.”

      The joint filing from Mueller and Flynn’s lawyers didn’t offer specifics – but said “the parties will notify the court as soon as the matter is ready to be scheduled for a sentencing hearing.” They asked Sullivan to begin the pre-sentence process, but that no specific sentencing date should be made."

              He's ending it.. Mueller has been "vague" as to his excuses for the delays... He's not taking any more excuses.. Flynn isn't going to be cooperating in anything.. The charge against him is frivolous and had nothing to do with Trump. This is besides the fact it's become pretty apparent McCabe changed his 302.. If he did, the judge now has this in his possession because he made Mueller turn over all evidence and now knows the case is based on doctored evidence from the start..

                                                  They both signed the document.. The judge said they both had to respond by today.. Mueller is the one delaying.. There's no dispute there.. Flynn's attorney's are ok with getting paid until he's dead I'm sure..

                                                  Another point.. Both sides know IG Horowitz is investigating this matter... Delaying helps both sides.. But Flynn's lawyers can't put that reason in court record. So it's good incentive for them to agree to any delay Mueller wishes. Horowitz's findings can only help their client..

                                                                                                          My understanding is that he thought the judge was going to force Mueller to explain why he is delaying the sentencing of Flynn and if he didn't have a good enough answer, he was going to expedite the sentencing. In reality, the judge just wanted to meet Flynn and touch base to make sure everything was good. I honestly would love to hear your take on it.

                                                                                                          Also, I am partially just trolling him as well. He makes these kinds of predictions all the time and then pretends like it never happened when they don't pan out.

                                                                                                                      Yeah, I have pointed out to him before that, in my opinion, his posting methodology detracts from his message. Some things are facts and some are opinion/conjecture and they should be specified as such. My guess is that much of what he is saying WILL come about but we are SO far away from a lot of it that this is not the appropriate place to bring it up every time there is movement. All of this is going to last YEARS....

                                                                                                                      There are a lot of Michael Flynn supporters, myself included, that feel strongly that he will be exonerated when this comes to sentencing - developing patience is the hardest part of this whole ordeal because when you really understand it, on a non-partisan basis, it's hard to take the lack of justice for General Flynn.
