                              The audio on the video was horrible and I am deaf in one ear, so I did not pay much attention to what was said because I could not understand most of it, a bunch of noise.

                              I looked for a cop, did not see one. I read the story, did not see shit about a cop. I watched the video and couldn't tell shit about what was being said.

                              So, again, where is the cop?
