The reason his Twitter picture is different, is he used one of the journalist pictures as his on Twitter. He is the hippy looking dude the bald headed guy is a journalist he was mad at.

He was previously arrested for stalking former high school classmate and had tried to sue the newspaper because they reported on that case. He recently started threatening them over their reporting as being critical of Trump and of course he probably bought his guns legally because hey why not let stalkers buy guns...

He had 1 post back in 2015 that basically said to Trump would sue them (like he was) in 1 of MANY threats to the paper...
