    What do you reckon? Worth it for 3 Million or... ???

    Its only the bottom new part - Doesn't include the older property behind it. But my point really is does this look like a 3 million property, or a glorified corridor that you can live in?

    It seems really long and stretched out, yet is not really all that much wider than a couple of cars.

    Great views etc, but no real land with it. Worth a look or???

                      real estate prices in the UK are going through the roof...in 20 years time that property will be like 5-10 million and the home ownership rate will probably be in the low 40%s...in the last 10 years the ownership rate has dipped like 10%...
