                                                                                                                                      As mentioned above, you should set up a site for yourself, with dedicated hosting and email.
                                                                                                                                      Then make sure your site has verifiable references and site tours.
                                                                                                                                      As far as 50% down thats what we always do but not without checking up on your business and references first.
                                                                                                                                      anyways I do wish you luck its just with so many people getting burned these days you need to be careful.
