    Unfortunately Paxum's new card processor has been producing an error on high volume loads. We are working with them to resolve this issue but since it cannot be solved quickly we have decided to temporarily lower the daily Card load limit to $500 USD per day. Please note, no other card limits are affected.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we would like to reassure you that this measure is only temporary and we will restore the card load limit to a higher amount as soon as it is viable. We will notify you at that time.

    We would like to remind you that Paxum does offer alternative withdrawal methods. Clients can withdraw up to $2,500 USD to an external credit/debit card each day, or withdraw by wire or ACH/EFT (where applicable) at any time.

    Rest assured, the resolution of this problem is our top priority. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on this situation.

                Hello Ruth, can you enlighten us more?

                You said $500 a day load limit for the card. Do you mean we can load the card $500/day, so I can load another $500 the next day and the total card load will be $1000? And as stated that no other card limits are affected which means we can still do a $1000 ATM withdrawal for a day right? Or $500 is the limit for now and that we have to empty the card before we can load another $500?

                        Her message is clear, you can send 500 to card max per day. yes you can continue to spend or withdraw like before the problem is only related to loading the card only

                                                                                                                        Here in Serbia, we have something called a tracking number so we can know exactly where is a shipment in every moment. I was getting products from China by regular e-mail in a much shorter time period. The incredible perception you have there, as you can see from the some of posts above. In the end, cards should be delivered to Romania where is some kind of Paxum office. And that is a neighboring country.

                                                                                                                                                                                                        As I can't transfer to the new temporary paxum card because of that 404 error, tried to transfer funds to my Hungarian bank credit card, the method worked fine until now. Now I got the following error
