I take it you've never used a secure email address before especially sub 2015, trying to log into them, sending and email through them from another country.. is a total pain in the ass and next to impossible, especially if there's slow net, all government's IT is like 5 years behind anything commercial.

My guess would be Hillary has received an email, gone to reply to it, and found its not sending, because her PC can't connect to the secure sever.. from a Russian or NON USA IP and then jumped on a commercial email to reply, if she even did that herself, neither Hillary or Trump strike me as being pc savvy.
