      Cash was and is my favorite.

      It was amazing how many people used to send me envelopes with greenbacks to join a membership site. It's anonymous no bank account or CC required

                              I used to get money in the post everyday for my VHS videos. Plus I even had them include stamps with the order, so that they paid for their own postage
