same experience, I have used them for years and just wanted him to talk to me about their products, make sure we were up to date. Instead I am setting up meetings in Vegas with other billers!

I has been trying to contact them for two months now. Still no reply.

I heard from Jo on Monday via email, I sent it to [email protected] and [email protected] - one of those will work, I always send to both, one normally gets a reply. I've never received a reply from the contact form.
