Veggies in supermarket in Asia are not healthy, due to their abuse on pesticides, so I grow some of my own veggies. Pork is the same, too grass because of overfeeding here. I stopped eating pork here a year ago. Wild fish is good here, because it's wild!

I rarely eat street foods. When you have a deep look at their cooking, you will just be surprised by their abuse on GMS (glutamate), which is forbidden in Europe, and widely used here. Sadly, tourists stop at "wow that's so good", and forget about "how do they do".

I love good food, but depending on where I go, I don't always eat the same type of food.
e621 is not forbidden in Europe and is very common in supermarket products.

Of course people are aware and there are some norms, while in Asia they use it as a salt to hyperbolize
