- POS in non USD: $1 + 2.5%
- max cumulative ATM withdrawal per day is $1000... max $500 per transaction
so basically a $27 fee per $1000 you use the card if you don't pay for stuff priced in USD

There is no monthly fee. The annual fee is $44.95 USD and that is paid or charged (when no funds are available) prior to card production.in Czech, got it, but not certain I'm happy with it getting it, looking at the fees:

Recieved card in europe today, 2 bad news:
1.) paper says: "International POS fee: $1 USD. And there is an aditional 2.5% foreign exchange fee on POS transaction. (Purchases made in a currency other than US currency)". BAD.
2.) I cant not add new paxum card to paypal. Paypal does no accept it. Previous paxum card was ok.

I have active paxum card: Expires in 2019
When i try to transfer funds to my Paxum card it comes message:
Error: Funds were not transferred. Please try again later.
They cut my balans for 44.95 and im still not able to transfer my money to my card.
What is going on...Anyone else.

man,i hate to be the one who tells you this but you have to apply for a new card,you are trying to move your funds to the old First Choice card.
you should try to spend the funds from your card which expires 2019.
this card will be deactivated this month i think,paxum announced this a few weeks ago.
go to the ATM and get the money out asap and apply for a new card.Comment

Choice bank issued cards can't be loaded since April 9th or so, no matter when it expires, and everyone in the biz knows it. it has been clearly stated several times in various threads and Paxum also informed all its clients by email. you have to apply for a new card.
