How would you go about finding out whether or not a tube site is a legal tube site or an illegal tube site?

All tubes sites classified as "illegal" have user uploads. I have never seen an illegal tube site that doesn't have an upload function.
However, some tube sites that have uploads monitor their content, but it's maybe 1% of them.--- -

A tube that does not take user submitted videos is in fact not protected by the dmca loophole and there for by law should have there 2257 docs in order. All these tubes importing sponsor galls are in fact illegal by US law. All the tubes with a user submit option and a proper dmca policy are in fact legal.I am no ANGEL

An easy way to tell if a tube site is 'legal' or not is by how long the clips are..
Some sponsors give 'legal' tube sites 10+ minute clips but very few..
So if the site is a majority of 2 minute clips it's legit.
But then you have the 'legal' tubes that have a majority of 2 minute clips and a few stolen 15+ min clips to build up some traffic..

By law if the sponsor gives the affiliate the video to upload it or embed it onto there tube site they are at that point no longer protected by the dmca safety net. The only real way to legally get sponsor videos on your tube site is if they upload them. The tube game is not as cut and dry as people seem to think it is.I am no ANGEL
