    Anyone recovered "in motion" funds from FCP yet?

    Still waiting for a payment that FCP said they sent to my bank account. That was 6 weeks ago. They basically shut down the same day they told me it was on the way.

    Has anyone recovered their funds yet? (I don't mean via cards, I mean things like wires sent from affiliate programs, channel payments etc)

          Over at Amber Cutie there's a thread with camgirls who are also being owed tens of thousands of dollars and some of them have received calls where presumably an insurance company from the US seems to have bought out some or all of the debt and are now trying to settle it for 70% of the total funds. Most people seems to have gotten the offer in their spam email box, so if you have any large amounts locked in there, do check your spam for "phase2", "Quadrant", "Quadrant Management", "Rob Anderson" and "Ad Kees".

              Heard back from the program that sent me the payment via FCP. They say FCP has returned funds to their FCP account (which is useless), but they're still waiting on them to transfer it back to their bank account. Not really too hopeful at this point.

                      A payment arrived into my bank account yesterday. It's slightly short (likely bank fees) but it appears to be the missing FCP payment sent on 9th April.

                      I didn't receive any new emails regarding the payment (either from FCP/Payoneer or the affiliate program) so I'm assuming that it's FCP finally sending the original payment...
