Also, the article I posted has plenty of anti-trump in it. I knew that when I started this thread and linked the article. That has nothing to do with the fact the article states verbatim:

"It’s all because of South Korean President Moon Jae-in."

And I am also otr here stating that Asians have played trump well, by flattering him, it's the only way, we all know that. He's not a details guy. nevertheless, Moon realized this and as SteveRupe pointed out about plans, Moon was absolutely concerned about trump impeding the peace process. He played the only card he had, flattering trump.
