the guy who claims he knows economics just failed econ 101.
he can't figure out this cost more, adds more time, and is a logistical nightmare. and in fact, shows the exact opposite, that the USPS is handling what UPS cannot.
As well as the documented research I posted that shows USPS moves ~60+% of amazon packages. so no, 99% of USPS deliveries are not done by UPS.
