Yea I was wrong. But the board that was hitting us hard was able to avoid their searches. Once i pointed that out, all was good. I was mad that they were missing that, but, i guess since no one was on it telling them, how were they to know. So, no one was at fault really, it was just a breakdown of communication. in these types of situations you need a 1 on 1 relationship with your vendor; that wasnt being done prior to me taking this over. So, in essence, it worked out for the best, which, ideally, is the desired result.
