So whats the plan? Obstruct nominations and talk shit for 8 years? Is that how Democrats are going to win future elections?
This is what is deeply disturbing to me.. Politics used to be a competition of left/right ideas. Those ideas that won were usually very similar with only a few concessions. Now the nation and voters are an afterthought. it's just a bunch of schoolyard children acting like assholes with an equally fucked up media cheering them on,... or in most cases starting shit where there is none just to keep it all going and sell ads.
Where are the Democrat plans? Why aren't they crushing an unintelligent moron with better ideas that the vast majority of the public can get behind? Shouldn't be too hard right???
Where are the Democrats talking about "we don't have time for bickering, we need to work on the nation?". All Democrats are doing in an era where a fat orange turd is handing them ammo every single day is name calling and hoping for scandals... not showing a path forward, for the future to appeal to voters. I honestly Democrats will lose the next election because of this behavior. Just as right now, the lowest show on Fox gets murdered by the highest rated show on CNN. The media and Democrats are driving themselves right off a cliff.
I mean seriously... when you're losing the black vote to Trump, clearly the party has a lot of big problems.

Three quick things.
1. Democrats are following the blueprint laid out by Republicans with Obama. Say no to everything, obstruct, block, and complain. It worked for them. I don't condone it, but it is what is happening.
2. We are starting to see Democrats making their moves. This weeks' net neutrality vote is a big thing for them. When the midterms come around later this year they will have most of the Republicans on record as voting against it. Democrats need young voters to turn out and this is an issue that they are strongly interested in.
3. The Democrats didn't lose the black vote to Trump. Trump got 8% of the black vote.
I would love to see the sides work together like they did not too long ago, but that will take both sides willing to do this. It seems like you would like the same thing, but you also seem to lay all the blame at the foot of the Democrats when this is very much a two way street.
