This morning on TV (or was it yesterday) Rudy said he was "still getting up to speed".
Over two weeks ago he said he would have the Mueller investigation closed in "two weeks". Now he is saying he is "halfway up to speed on the case".
This is comical to watch. It's Keystone cops.
