1 Sample url would be great

2 For logo you just ask for a link to it, but don't give us what size you require :-)

3 What if we have more than one url ?

1. See examples above

2. For the logo, you can get a general idea of size by looking at the two sites I mentioned. Not too large. We'll adapt it to the site we're building.

3. If you have more than 1 URL you need to send in an application for each URL.

Actually, we found that the cam sites we created so far have resulted in 300% more sales based on our data and stats.

Also, we try not to set unrealistic expectations, like "Make $1,000 or $10,000 a month EASILY!"
