I guess its name of a place .
This trend is a bit risky , to buy something like cityname + keyword.

I have about 120 + such domains like
MiramarAccountants.com
ElginAccountants.com
CaryDoctor.com

etc etc
and I am not getting even an offer of 5 $ each on these.
I am ready to dump them for whatever i get.

Get top 5 for 'acai berry' and traffic from other keywords and you will be easily making over $2k per day, and believe me it's not THAT competetive...

aren't you running any sort of pixel tracking? you should be able to tell if things go out of whack. generally the network is banking $4-8 bucks on each sale you make. it's in their best interest to give you $1-2 raise per sale to maintain your traffic if you're sending them volume.
