It doesn't need to be same,can be used as inspiration.In any case most of designs are similar lately,it is very hard now to make unique template.

Honestly,i really don't see difference between 100$ tgp design and 1000$ tgp design.It maybe look fancier then or it have header with comic but that doesn't mean you will get more book markers because of it.

Is it me or it's just a really nice toon? Other than that, they look exactly the same as everyone else, so just get someone to make you a cool toon and then get some cheap designer to make you a css layout and you're done, prolly around $150/200 for the same quality. Don't get me wrong, I really like the quality of this guy, however each and every TGP I've seen is exactly the same with just a toon change, they even use the same wording in each and every site, so they probably use a template, add a toon and call it a website.
