It would generate more if I put more time into it, but I'm bored and want a new place to live.

I'll also work with new buyer for a week to make sure they run everything correctly, tell them where to buy and not buy ads from (I don't buy any ads now), programs worth using....etc

That list would be two years old and some sites may have come and gone, traffic sources changed, etc. Two years is enough time for things to change, so at this point, I can assist the buyer, but will also consult them in the purchases as well as help maximize the ads potential.

You can get that service for a monthly fee if you like, as it does take some time out of the day to properly plan a campaign and try to get the most out of it.
