So on 13'th April I requested a wire from Paxum, it's 23 Monday here and still no show. Should be 3 business days... I opened ticket, no reply. Is paxum a joke ?

Have you received both confirmation emails? It seems to be a two step process:
1. "paxum.com: Withdraw Funds By Wire Request Initiated"
2. "paxum.com: Withdraw Funds By Wire Request Completed"
In my case (which was 6+ months ago) the time between the two emails was 6 calendar days, then there's the usual wire delays on top of that.
BTW I notice my wire was exactly $AUD25.00 short of the amount that Paxum stated they were sending.
So I got charged $USD50 by paxum
Plus $AUD25 by some intermediate (possibly the third party that Paxum uses)
Plus $AUD12 by my bank
So all up I paid about $USD80 in fees just to get my funds.

if the amount is above 10k$ it sometimes takes a little longer.
I never had a paxum wire not arive. They have been a little slower at times though.
But overal paxum is awesomeComment

I requested a wire about 2 weeks ago, after a week I got a message saying they cannot send wires to Mbank (my bank). First time i've ever heard of someone not being able to send money to a specific bank, but ok. I then added another account at ING, resubmitted and money arrived after something like 4 or 5 days. What is the status of the wire in "Withdraw Funds History"?
I usually find it arrives within 24-48 hours of it changing from "submitted" to "processing" after which it then turns to validated (occasionally it'll change to validated before it arrives).Comment

My wire shows as "Validated" though it never arrived....

For reference I started a wire late last week and got it within 48 hours...

I think Validated means a staff member has approved it, and possibly has initiated the send.
My last wire still shows in the transaction list as Validated, although it has been received (and Paxum emailed me a message to say it was completed)
I saw some alarming statuses when trying to get my first few EFT payments through... Returned, Rejected, Suspended. And each time I had to chase up what this meant and why it had happened. Paxum did not notify me or advise that I had to resubmit. So keep an eye on your transaction list and contact them if the status changes to something that doesn't seem right.Comment
