It's simple and easy to navigate but definitely a bit of a dated look. Especially on mobile

I like it a lot. I think it is better than the first you posted. That girl's face and eyes grab your attention instantly.

The design is severely lacking. Both of them. They are missing the key fundamentals of design. It looks like somebody in adult designed it, not a professional designer with marketing experience. Marketing experts should know how to guide a surfer through a tour and where a surfer is more likely to look, how to sell them enough to want to goto another page, how to showcase every element of the design.

Purple text on purple background, are you trying to get the message out? Silver text on grey/white background?

POTD? What is that? Even if they know (which they won't), a picture of the day is not anything that is worthy of a section or a primary spot on any site, it should be tucked away as a bonus (if not removed completely). While you have the fact the site still updates with a next update tucked away at a bottom of a design

                      Links?

Are you targeting this at webmasters? How about "More Websites" or "More Model Websites" - speaking the same language as your audience helps alot

The body is text and the sides where there are usually ads on websites are where you placed the images. The images are even in the dimensions of typical banners (FB, ThePirateBay (all other torrent sites), pornhub, etc etc

You have more blank & text area than image area. You also have more features/account/payment info than actual content

New design? Large image of her face, are you selling sex or skin cream? Eyes are captivating but unless it also includes her tits, it's not what should be the primary image of an adult site. Solo or not. What if they dont like that photo?

Big headers are actually dangerous, if you are going to have one, its good to have it at about 50 percent of your resolution so you can fit another row of content below , so you have more selling points high up. If you are going to have a large header, you better get real creative and make it the best selling thing you have created.

Do you own a tgp, put that image in SmartThumbs or another script, see how often thats clicked vs others. Webmasters appreciate things that surfers don't, theyre a little out of touch. Your best images are the big boobs image and the image where the girl is licking the other girls boobs, neither are near the top. This is just from images on your tour, nevermind what could potentially be on there. Randomly placing content on a tour without a true eye for content is simply guess work. Successful TGP guys are usually pretty good at it. Use people you know, use poll feature on here, use your resources.

Also I actually know every image this model has and that is not the one that would sell her best. It's not even in the top 80 percent of them. Perhaps if you zoomed out and included more of her tits, it would sell better, if youre worried about nipples, thats where you could overlay the text/site title/image effect etc etc

Youre using one photo to sell, why even bother scrolling? I honestly didn't even know if the page was finished loading, looks more like a wallpaper than a header due the fact its not in a header blocking/no title on it, no slider buttons, etc

Honestly this is why software companies are succeeding, they're helping make these tours better, for example, if you can feature your top ranked photos on your tour, that would allow for your best images to be displayed in the best positions possible on your tour. Vs randomly selecting ones you personally think are best, it definitely helps most webmasters who don't have the knack

It's just a bunch of mid sized photos, are they clickable? I have to put my cursor over to realize? Where do they lead? What am i browsing to? who knows. Where is everything? I dont know. Is this a paysite, i guess, it says a price somewhere in the body, okay, what does it offer? that it doesn't on here? are these photosets? whats a photoset consist of? who the hell knows. its just a bunch of random keywords and images in random places. are there videos? I think when most webmasters look at it, without much thought , without the ability to see something as a surfer really does, then it looks fine

Your calls to action (buttons sending them to join) are not designed properly, where they are placed or how they are laid out/wording

                      broken images/broken links

My suggestion, look at companies who are succeeding in 2018. Not ones who launched 10 years ago but launched recently and succeeding now. You could even take ideas from mainstream companies as they are far more innovative and up to date on marketing nowadays. The way designs have adapted aren't just fluke, they are made the way they are now because they work. Its trial and error over 10 years, sticking with an old design because they did well then is terrible logic. They weren't succeeding then due to the terrible designs.

Alot of people tend to think that their old sites are doing well, and convert better so that means the design converts better. But there are other factors, older sites are more likely to still be ranked better in google, have more backlinks, have more bookmarkers, etc etc

No professional company displays their websites in this manner in 2018.

If you are going to have a large header, atleast make it a slider to showcase as much as you can.

My advice, hire a designer, get a 500 dollar design. It's worth it, especially if you want to stay relevant. If you haven't learned to be a professional designer by now, you most likely wont. Being a webmaster doesn't make you a designer. You should focus on what you do well, managing sites.

You are leaving money on the table. Being cheap is expensive

It looks old - which makes it look old. The content is also old and has been seen a lot.

Thanks for the breakdown Ryan. That took some time to write and I appreciate that.

Just so you know, it is a test page... and changing constantly. There probably will be a few broken images or links as I go.

And the big cover picture of Nikki, I had that there just to see if I could get the css and html to work. I will more than likely use it on her tour when I get to it. I removed it from this test page.

As I work on it, I will refer to your list and see what I can or cannot do with each item. Again, thanks for the big breakdown.

A personal opinion I have about a lot of the new designs out there is that the thumbs are too big and when the site completely fills up my screen, I feel overwhelmed. It's too much. I did read in all of my web studies once, that you should five your content room to breathe.

Anyway, I will more than likely not go with a paid design, but I am skilled enough that I could mimic one if I decided to go that route.

The Ultimate Pass is not cheaper.

The Platinum Pass 30 day join is $19.95
The Platinum Pass 365 day join is $34.95

The Ultimate Pass 30 day join is $24.95
The Ultimate Pass 365 day join does not exist yet, I need to get ALL of the sites under The Ultimate Pass sorted and updating before I add the year option.

The watermarks, I tossed that around in my mind thoroughly, and I decided to make larger than normal thumbs (to avoid rethumbing a few years down the road), and since these are tour thumbs and images I did not want my watermark making things "ugly". That's my logic anyway.

My post was already long winded, not ready to jump into the fundamentals of design but general placement and guiding people. Contrast of colors and making your message stand out, Your CTAs being front and center, your top priority items being in the place that the eyes are drawn to, knowing where eyes are naturally drawn to (left to right for example), categorizing everything and laying out everything in a manner where its easy to browse, you get the point.

Zuzana works with great designers. Honestly I can't point you to that many because I found myself one and I have worked with them for a long time now, it helps building a relationship because you start to share the same vision, it has also given me the ability to work closely with them and teach them the marketing side over the years, tips and tricks.

                                              Dont watermark thumbs

Regarding your idea about too large of thumbs, it totally depends how large and yes, designs require more breathing room between elements now.

LilyChey89, Pornstar page, Live chat, Videos , while i am not a fan of the design and it could be improved on huge, this is an example of large but not too large. and what you were referring to as 'breathing room' i believe

That's about as big as i'd make things
