data = power.
you can influence elections and brainwash people so much that they hate each other without reason. you can make them become lemmings - as more complicated it is as easier they are to control with easy answers.
i love the internet but mankind needs 200 years more to be intelligent enough to understand that this technology makes them to victims because they use it like a toy but they do not have the smallest clue of the power and the influence behind it.
the internet has made people so lazy that they do not think anymore but get their answers from google or elsewhere. And these answers do not end up as neutral information but as a brain substitute. people who have no points of view can simply adapt some.
i guess that the average world IQ dropped 20 points since internet started.

Total agreement. Here in New York City - supposedly the best and brightest people, most successful and smartest, etc - and everywhere people are getting lazier and more stupid by the day.
The worst part? No one seems to care. They just shrug their shoulders, say "this is the way things are I guess" and just go along like lemmings. Very sad.
But if I can get them to buy my porn that makes life a little better.
