Are they perhaps trying to improve their English skills? I had a girl pop up out of the blue once, I was a bit confused since I use ICQ exclusively for business... turns out she was Chinese and wanted to practice her English. It was flawless anyway, I never would have picked her for a not-first-language person...

a chick out of some eastern european country hit me up, at first ofcourse i thought someone was fucking with me so i said some funny shit. but the more i talked i came to the conclusion that that chick was real... later she sent a pic and she looked pretty good. I think chicks from those countries just hit up foreigners on biz boards or something because they want a better life. Like those russian mail order brides or some shit.
