    Business Rate my New Business Idea #2

    Ok, so I have had a new idea.

    Around me there are lots of houses...

    These houses all have peaked roofs, most of which can be seen from the roadside.
    Some of these houses are in really high visibility areas that get a ton of passing traffic.

    I was thinking I could approach potential advertisers and match them with homeowners that would potentially be interested in an advert on their rooftop..

    This would be local homes for local businesses or established brands rather than advertising for Google Earth / Maps views..

                      Residential areas are limited in how large an advertisement can be. Which is why realtors don't do this and stick to a sign post on the front yard. Even those can only be up for a limited amount of time. Look for a new idea.

                          I think the idea is not bad.
                          I imagine that people who own houses for renting purpose only would be especially interested in getting some extra bucks from this, cause they don't give a fuck how it looks. As long as you take care of everything and cover all costs.

                                  Don't want to be a downer, but I already had this idea for my rental properties in the past. I was gonna place some large adverts when they were between tenants to cover council tax bills etc... It's not impossible, but a pain in the ass to do it ad hock for random houses.
