I have create 3 campains to buy traffic and they reject them. reason?

you need to select more categories, than only webcams, this will get you a minimum traffic, always add more
only on those categories on the publisher sites will your ads be displayed
so more is always better

we've created three more campaigns that are not so targeted...although I did not just webcam...

like i have mentioned to you above, the risk score too high is a combination of factors. certain targeting parameters/Geo/URL/etc you have selected, try to change those, and in case your campaign gets rejected you will receive again email from our compliance team

I suggest you to submit different types of campaigns (different format, targeting, landing page, etc?).

then they closed my account

I bought $ 100 + 19%VAT, so 119
in the account appear 95$ bc of the fees....so i lose some money just bc they didnt like what i wanted to buy? how do u call this? SCAM?
