That's a custom php script that auto imports videos from tube sites. You will need some php skills/programmer to do this but the same thing can be achieved with a suitable WordPress theme and a video grabber plugin.... The one I use is WP-Script video grabber and a custom WordPress theme I made. You can use the free grid box WordPress theme...should be suitable enough
