In the USA you have to pay for treatment or you just die of cancer - no money, no hope to life - right? What do you pay your taxes for? I Pay exactly 6%. And it's a fixed one. I can pay 0% and the free "dirty" medicine will work for me anyways.
P.S. A HIV treatment is also free in Russia. That not a deadly decease here.
