A mother in law of my friend was diagnosed with 4-th level cancer with multiple metastases about 4 or 5 years ago. She had a surgery and receives a free treatment at a "dirty" clinic. She works at her dacha and cares of her grandchildren. I will repeat it again: 4-th level cancer with multiple metastases. I've just remember the Breaking Bad movie. The 3-rd country guy had to pay money for that which absolutely free in "dirty" Russian clinics.
In the USA you have to pay for treatment or you just die of cancer - no money, no hope to life - right? What do you pay your taxes for? I Pay exactly 6%. And it's a fixed one. I can pay 0% and the free "dirty" medicine will work for me anyways.
P.S. A HIV treatment is also free in Russia. That not a deadly decease here.
