    I am headed for my Miami place at the end of the month and will sublet my Yonkers joint.

    24 security, indoor pool, gym. Free cable with two 52" HD TVs. Indoor parking for two cars. Small pets allowed.
    Free access to Verizon and wireless. Leaving the Speedotron banks and black line there.

    3 month sublease: $8,000 plus $2,000 security and credit check. All included:
